Co-Founder, Vice President and Manager, Designated Escrow Officer and Limited Practice Officer. Debra has been working in the escrow and banking industries for over 17 years. In 1992 Debra co-founded Premier Escrow, Inc. and has operated and managed the company. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of escrow procedures, including mobile home closings. She is known in some circles as the "Mobile Home Queen." Debra has also built up a clientele base of builders and has experience in the development and subdividing of raw land for residential plats.

Escrow Officer-LPO Tina has worked for Premier Escrow, Inc. since 1998. She has been working in the escrow profession since 1994. Tina has a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of residential escrow procedures.
